The North London Lions are an Australian rules football club based in the northern suburbs of London, England.
The Lions were a foundation club of the British Australian Rules Football League, having played in every season since the league began in 1990. They have been moderately successful throughout the years, though they have won two BARFL premierships - in 2001 and 2002.
For their early existence, the Lions wore the jumpers of the Essendon Bombers club from the AFL, though they have in recent years worn an all red jumper with a black Lion logo. The jumper was updated for the Lions 21st Anniversary year. The new jumper consists is black & red with gold trim, and a bespoke black & gold lion logo. The second's team plays under the name of the Regents Park Lions, wearing the jumper that was worn in recent years, predominantly red. The thirds (social) team was instigated for the 2007 season under the name Bounds Green Lions, now wearing similar jumpers to the Brisbane Lions.
The team trains in Regents Park and plays its home games at Bounds Green in north London.
The Lions have travelled around Europe for a number pre-season tour matches.
North London Lions won back to back premierships in 2001 and 2002.
